Tiger Dad Wins Luke Krytbosch Stakes
Phoenix, AZ (November 26, 2021) – Tiger Dad, the 5-year-old son of Smiling Tiger, gamely came back after being headed to win the $60,000 Luke Krytbosch Stakes going one mile over the fast main track at Turf Paradise.
Tiger Dad got first jump from the gate and quickly dashed to a clear lead. A challenger made a run around the final turn and poked his head in front at the top of the stretch. Tiger Dad responded and was not going to be denied. He regained the lead and drew away to win by a length and one-half.
Trained by Robertino Diodoro, Tiger Dad races for Rosette Racing LLC. He has won or placed in fourteen of his twenty-two starts and has earned $358,025. Bred in California by Mark Devereaux, Scott Gross, and Mark Gross, he was produced by the Unusual Heat mare, Q T Shae.
