Shelbyville, IN (October 12, 2020) – Pearl Tiara became the third winner for California’s Leading Freshman Sire Majestic Harbor with her runaway victory in the 8th race at Indiana Grand, a maiden special weight going five and one-half furlongs over the fast main track.
A full field of twelve juvenile fillies lined up and there was no shortage of lead seekers after the gate opened. Pearl Tiara was among the group and was urged to move between horses down the backstretch to take the lead. She cleared the field midway around the turn and never looked back. She galloped away and was a little green drifting out, but it mattered not as there was an eight length gap back to the second place finisher at the wire.
