Tamarando Colt Sells for 12-Times the Northern California Yearling Sale Median
Pleasanton, CA (August 11, 2020) – A colt from the second crop of Tamarando, consigned by Harris Farms, sold for more than 12-times the median price and 4.5+ times the sale average at the 2020 Northern California Yearling Sale at Pleasanton.
Hip 12 was produced by the stakes winning and stakes producing Talking Man mare, Aspen Gal. He is a half-brother to seven winners, including the current stakes winning campaigner, Club Aspen. Aspen Gal’s progeny have won a combined 41 races and have earned in excess of $575,000.
The bay was purchased for $37,000 by trainer Jeff Bonde.
