Stanford Filly Debuts a Winner at Fresno
Fresno, CA (September 13, 2024) – Catch N Angel, the 3-year-old daughter of Stanford, made a sparkling debut, coming home much the best in the 2nd race at Fresno going six furlongs over the fast racing surface.
Jockey Alexander Chavez rode the perfect staking trip from second. When he asked Catch N Angel to finish rolling into the stretch, she responded with ease, taking the lead and coming home under a had ride to win by three and one-half lengths.
Catch N Angel is a homebred racing for Tommy Town Thoroughbreds LLC and she is trained by Blaine Wright. She is out of the Bodemeister mare, The Innocent One.
