Golden Gate Feature Goes to Heck Yeah

Albany, CA (October 17, 2020) – Heck Yeah, the 5-year-old son of Acclamation, was much the best in the feature race at Golden Gate, a one mile allowance over the all weather course.

Heck Yeah was ready to race from the break. He engaged in a pace duel around the first turn and down the backstretch. The two opened up a clear lead over the rest of the field. He put away his pace partner on the final turn and was five lengths clear by midstretch. Kept to his business, he cruised in to a three and one-half length victory.

Heck Yeah has five victories in his career and he has earned $335,769 for the partnership of Robert Baedeker, Constance Ann Pageler and Michael Sigband. The multiple stakes winner was bred in California by Michael Pageler and he is out of the winning Maria’s Mon mare, Lutess.
