Consistent Desert Code Filly Code Ribbon Wins Golden Gate Allowance

Albany, CA (September 3, 2022) – Could one find a more consistent performer than Desert Code 3-year-old filly, Code Ribbon. As she stepped onto the track at Golden Gate Fields, her record stood at nine top-three finishes in ten starts. Today, she made it ten-outta-eleven with her victory going six furlongs over the all weather surface.

Trailing the field after the opening quarter, Code Ribbon made a wide move around the far turn and went out into the six path for the stretch drive. She closed relentlessly, taking over inside the final sixteenth and drawing away to win by a length and one-quarter.
