Smiling Tiger 2YO Filly Dashes to Allowance Victory

Albany, CA (December 4, 2022) – Smiling Lady, the 2-year-old daughter of Smiling Tiger, said come and catch me and no one did as she romped in the 2nd race at Golden Gate Fields, a one mile allowance over the all weather.

Dashing out of the gate, Smiling Lady opened up four lengths on the field after the opening quarter. She was never challenged at any point and rolled in the easiest of winners by four and one-half lengths.

Smiling Lady was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds LLC and she was produced by the 10-time winning Pleasantly Perfect mare, Banner Elk Lady. She races for Phillip Lebherz and she is trained by Andy Mathis.
