Om N Joy Feels Like a Winner at Santa Anita
Arcadia, Ca (March 14, 2025) – If you were craving a coconutty chocolate treat, then Om N Joy was the hunch bet of the day for you. The cleverly named daughter of Om earned her maiden special weight with an inside to outside trip in the 6th race at Santa Anita.
The 3-year-old filly stumbled slightly out of the inside post, but quick found her stride and was part of the early pace pressure. Moving to the turn, she fell back a few lengths and her inside path was gone. Finding herself widest of all around the turn, she closed resolutely to win by a length and one-half.
