Conquest Farenheit Filly Wins Second Time Out

Phoeniz, AZ (January 3, 2023) – Gypsy Rosie is the first winner of 2023 for Conquest Farenheit. The newly-turned 3-year-old filly broke her maiden in her second career start going five and one-half furlongs over the sealed main track at Turf Paradise.

Recent rains moved the race from the turf to the dirt, but the surface switch made no difference to the dark bay miss. She went straight to the front from her rail post and engaged in a battle for the lead for the first half-mile. She put the competition away through the stretch and went onto win by a length and one-half.

Bred in California by Joe Turner, she was produced by the winning Vronsky mare, Madame Sophia. She races for Ramon Meraz and she is trained by O. A. Martinez, Jr.
