John Scott who is by Bertrando, out of the Deputy Minister mare Henlopen, was bred by Harris Farms & Scott Gross, is owned by Harris Farms and is trained by Carla Gaines.

John Scott has six wins in 12 starts, earnings of $460,304 and is coming off a win in the Jan. 26 Crystal Water. In the 2013 San Pasqual Stakes Gr. 2 he finished third and in the 2012 Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile Gr. 1 he was fourth.
